    Each body suit is handmade and made to order in a smoke and pet free home.

    We use the highest quality Heat Transfer Vinyl and a Commercial grade heat press to create long lasting designs. Our vinyl is long lasting, will not crack in the wash and it is very easy to care for. The design size will vary according to shirt/bodysuit size and name length.

    PLEASE NOTE: This listing is only for the Bodysuit or Shirt displayed in the photo. Any additional accessories not included.

    To ensure the integrity of the vinyl please, turn garment inside out, wash cold, tumble dry low, DO NOT IRON ON PRINT but you can iron it inside out and DO NOT BLEACH.

Custom and personalized orders

Blissful Salutations is pleased to offer our customers custom orders. We can work from your design concept, or develop a design from a photo, sketch or other artwork. Our capabilities include, but are not limited to:

- Adobe Software including but not limited to: Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
- An array of colors and typography to meet your project or organization’s requirements
- File size and/or file format (JPEG/PNG/PDF/PSI)
- Delivery of ready-to-print files with personalized instructions/plans for easy customization of specific files for your personal use, organization and/or business.
- Please send vector files if available.

Do you do custom designs/provide proof previews?

Designs are AS SHOWN unless you have made custom arrangements with us and paid a custom design fee in additional to the order.

No design work will begin until an order has been received. We are able to provide a soft proof of the design prior to shipping. Turn around time for proof(s) are dependent on the complexity of said design. Design work will occur once your order has been received.

If a request to change a design is different than what is shown in the listing, it is our discretion as to the layout and the outcome. Notes that do not follow the design, or requests for additional lines are also at our discretion.

What is a Proof Preview?

Visualizing a completed print design project is important during the design stage, but it is essential before going to press. Proofs can provide the information any designer or client needs to bring your idea to life and look exactly as you had envisioned. A proof is a representation of how your digital file will come out on the printed page. You can use it to confirm that the right fonts, graphics, colors, margins and overall positioning are all in place before you give me the go-ahead to finalize your files and complete your order.

Clients are responsible for making sure all information provided are error free and has been proofread. We are not responsible for any proofing errors upon final approval.

Proof Preview/Digital Downloads - How much time do I have to approve my final proof?

Please note, proof previews are sent via messages through your Etsy account for your review 1 week before your order is due to ship unless otherwise discussed or a rush service has been added to the order. Current processing time for items may vary, please see specific item details for more information. Proof previews are available upon request. Proof previews will require approval prior to shipping.

Beware. Don't rush approval of a proof. Take all the time you need to look not just for what is right but also for what is wrong. Proofread it several times.

After you approve a proof, as long as the printed product matches it, you are responsible for any errors in the print job. See return policy for more information.

How can I get my order sooner?

Standard processing time is currently at 2-3 weeks depending on high seasonal demand.

All orders are shipped USPS Priority 2-5 business days.

We do have a 2 day express shipping option you can choose at checkout. This will only affect shipping time though, it will not change our lead time.

We offer 3 RUSH SERVICE OPTIONS that can be added to your order that will shorten the processing time.

All orders must have a valid street address. Invalid addresses may cause shipping delay. Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. These methods are not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping - Standard delivery to the 48 contiguous United States

We want to get your order to you as quickly as we can. We ship your orders via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. It takes 1-3 weeks to create and process your order, see specific item details. Delivery takes an additional 1-14 business days depending on weight of product and final destination. A rush service can be added to your order if needed, please contact me to discuss options available.

Please note that during peak holiday seasons (Mother’s Day & Christmas) shipping can take an additional 1-2 business days. Large orders may require additional time before shipping. Please message me for more information, any questions or concerns about your specific order.

Returns & Exchanges

Blissful Salutations will be happy to begin the process of a partial refund provided the product is returned undamaged within seven days of receiving the shipment. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the consumer as well as the cost of the original shipping.  All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  If the order has not yet been shipped, you may be subject to a 5% fee to cover the cost of the credit card fee.  If you chose to cancel your order after it was shipped, Blissful Salutations reserves the right to deduct shipping outbound and back from your refund amount on top of the 20% restocking fee.

My item were received damaged. What should I do?

For damaged items during transit: Take pictures of the damage. Send us the pictures within 7 days of receiving your order along with your order number to our Etsy account or email: patriciasantosinc at gmail.com. A replacement will be send and shipped within 48-72 hours of notification.

**MANUFACTURING IRREGULARITIES IN GLASS ARE NOT CONSIDERED DAMAGED** See more information in FAQ for Sand Info below.

Sand Information

**SAND** is not included and we do not sell sand.

How much sand does the glass block hold?
- Glass Block: The 6x6" glass block for the sand ceremony sets hold 2 lb. 13 oz. of sand to be completely filled.

How about the pouring bottles?
- Large Bottles: Each holds up to 1.5 lbs to the neck
- Small Bottles: Holds 10 oz of sand each

***There may be slight imperfections on the side of the glass block which could occur during the fusing process in manufacturing. Rest assured that each block is carefully inspected prior to customization. These marks will not pose a problem in the future and will also visually disappear once your block has been filled with sand.***
